Queen Sonja visits Sarpsborg
On Friday, Queen Sonja visited Sarpsborg, the only city founded by St. Olav. She visited the Sarpsborg Main Library today in connection with the National Jubilee 2030 and this year's anniversary relay. The national jubilee marks the 1000th anniversary of the Battle of Stiklestad in 2030. This is where the Viking king Olav Haraldsson, later known as St Olav, died.
Queen Sonja wore her pink jacket with black trousers, her Brunate pumps, and her Christian Dior necklace.

On Wednesday, King Philippe, Queen Mathilde, Grand Duke Guillaume, and Grand Duchess Stéphanie attended the second day of the 22nd Informal Summit of Heads of State of German-speaking Countries held in Austria.
